This might be the best location I’ve ever stayed at in Auckland CBD! The harbour views were absolutely stunning. Just a short walk to the Viaduct, great shopping, and a fantastic selection of restaurants. Valet parking was prompt, the staff were wonderful, and I loved the complimentary bottled water available throughout the property. The rooms were practical and well-designed - perfect for getting ready for business meetings, even while sharing with my wonderfully messy best friend!

We stayed here while on our vacation from the US with two families and it has been a wonderful stay. The hotel is fantastic and location in Auckland is perfect right down by the waterfront with so many restaurants around. The customer service is amazing. The rooms are extremely clean and the amenities they provide in the bathroom for a traveler is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal with hot and cold in so many options for almost every type of diet it is absolutely top-notch. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Auckland. It's only a 15-minute walk to Sky Tower for those who want to have a location near some of the bigger sightseeing things within Auckland. Basically if you're looking for a really good hotel with excellent service and excellent amenities for travelers you will not be upset if you stay here.

Great location, right opposite the wharf. We had an awesome sea view and enjoyed watching the ferry’s come and go throughout the day. Easy walk to the shops, particularly with young children! The movenpick icecream shop is directly across the road, as well as a kiwi souvenir shop. It is surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, we were able to have a late checkout so we didn’t have to wander around for hours with our luggage and young kids waiting to board our cruise mid afternoon. Really well priced for how central it is, would definitely recommend staying here.

M Social is a wonderful place to stay the staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and comfortable the restaurant is very good we had some great food their breakfast lunch & dinner we also had some drinks at the bar with a cheese platter which was lovely highly recommend a stay at M Social.

Great location, great view of the harbour from our room, great shower. Good food in the dining room. Very friendly staff both in restaurant and at the front desk. The girl who cleaned our room was very friendly and helpful

This is our 3rd stay at M Social and we will come again. The staff are exceptional and I love the murals on each floor. You cannot beat the location as it is right on the waterfront in Auckland and our room had an exceptional view. Usually we find the rooms a little too small, but this time we had one with two beds and it was spacious. The concierge (Shon?) gets 10/10 for his attempts to find us a car rental in Auckland at a time when there were so few cars available. He really went above and beyond and we appreciated his efforts.

The thought that’s put in the room. Bottled water, necessities in the toilet; milk you don’t have to ask. The big magnifying mirror. Comfortable bed . Cleanliness . Nice coffee pods. The restaurant is very comfortable, the food is delicious, the staff were very attentive as soon as you arrived and right through the restaurant experience. We had gentleman named Kenny Vu serving us on the night and he was excellent. Well mannered, talk and through the menu, served the food with care and attention to details. The chef did well with the flavours

Location couldn't be better for visiting Central Auckland. Easy to walk everywhere and public transport just round the corner. Option of parking your car for $45 a night which I appreciated, felt safe. Staff were very pleasant and efficient at their jobs. The rooms were absolutley great, lots of space, big bed and a stunning large glass window overlooking the ferries. Loved the coffee machine.
